As part of our travel planning service, we find the best value-for-money options for your chosen destination. This includes flights, accommodation, airport taxis or transfers, and car rental options if required. We help you choose local transport options and provide detailed information on entry requirements, necessary documents, visas, and other important information. In addition, we provide information on travel insurance, trip cancellation insurance, and important details regarding flight procedures and regulations. For all bookings, we send precise links through which you can book directly with the providers. If necessary, we will, of course, assist you throughout the booking process.

* The pricing for destinations within Europe also includes those destinations reachable by direct flights from Budapest with Wizz Air or Ryanair, such as the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Jordan, or Morocco.

The service fee is not per person but applies to the entire trip. For this amount, you receive a completely personalized, planned trip that, in many cases, works out cheaper than if you organized it yourself. In addition, we save you a lot of time and effort.

Additional Charges

For more than 4 people, the service fee increases by +5,000 Ft per person.

For multi-destination trips or tours, the price will be determined by individual agreement.

If you also request assistance with organizing on-site programs, the fee is +5,000 Ft per program; for multiple programs, we offer a discounted rate.

Delivery Deadline

The complete travel plan will be sent electronically to the provided email address within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the service fee. For accommodations, we always send several options so you can choose the one you prefer most.
