What does the price include?
The indicated price is based on a trip previously compiled by us for this destination, so it is for informational purposes only. The final cost of a trip can depend on many factors, such as the date, availability, current airfare prices, or accommodation availability. Therefore, the same trip may be more favorable or more expensive later. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the displayed prices in advance, but they provide excellent guidance on what costs you should roughly expect.
The calculated price includes the following:
- Return flight tickets from Budapest or Vienna, including taxes and fees
- Quality, well-rated accommodation offers without meals
- For every travel plan, we send multiple accommodation options, from which you can choose the one you prefer
- Detailed information on entry requirements and necessary documents
- Information on local transportation options
- Information on travel insurance and trip cancellation insurance
- Assistance with flights, online check-in, and important information
- Recommendations for programs and optional activities
Optionally available for an additional fee:
- Higher category 4 or 5-star accommodations
- Breakfast, half-board, or all-inclusive meal plans
- Car or scooter rental options
- Extra program planning, excursions
Important information
The more flexible you are with your travel dates, the better prices we can find. During peak seasons (school holidays, public holidays, non-working days), prices can be 100-200% higher than at other times. Please take this into account.
Service fee
The travel planning service fee for 1–4 people is the amount indicated for the specific product, which is total, not per person. Payment is made by bank card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay when placing the order. After receiving the fee, we will prepare and send the complete, detailed travel plan, including exact booking links, within 7-10 business days. For more than 4 people, the fee increases by +5,000 HUF / person. For multi-destination or more complex trips, individual pricing applies. Program planning can also be requested separately.
Important: Adding travel planning to the cart does not mean that the final cost of the trip will automatically be the price indicated above! Since flight and accommodation prices change continuously and dynamically, what is available one day may be more expensive or cheaper the next day. As part of our travel planning service, we guarantee that we will put together your trip at the best possible price from the currently available options, within your needs.
